Chaotic Serendipity sits on fourteen acres in Martinsburg, West Virginia — pasture, gates, and enough room for everyone to have their own opinion about where they'd like to be that day. Yes, this means that Squirrel is always up in Banksy's grill.
The house sits at the center of the property, with pastures arranged around it and separated by gates so the residents can move between them under supervision — controlled roaming rather than one big free-for-all, which keeps the peace between species (and personalities) that don't always agree on boundaries.
There's also an outdoor arena on the property. It's not in active use at the moment — it needs some cleanup before it's usable again — but it's part of the long-term plans for the land.
Speaking of long-term plans: the arena cleanup is on the list, so is replacing fencing as it ages out, and — if we're being honest about the full vision — a moat. A proper one. With a drawbridge.
